windows phone 8.1 why some files (photos/videos) are corrupted?

Hi. I m new in windows phone. So, i have a lumia 830 with sd class 4 32 g. The problem that i have: when i save photo/video in sd card, after a time they are corrupted. I can?t see or access the files. I already formated the sd card, and the problem remains . Please, any one can help. Thanks a lot. Franco

You should check that SD card, i think it's corrupted one.
