How can I fix Error code 0x800705b4 after hard reset?

Error code 0x800705b4 after hard reset

I have been trying to install the latest and greatest, however it will get to 4% on my 1520, freeze, and give this error. I have done the hard reset, and I have not taken it back to 8.1. Does anyone else have any ideas?
