Error code 85000201C there is no solution
In having an exchange outlook mail account at work, and trying to sync that with my phone I have had several years of problems.
There are many posts o many forums about this, but no answers that actually work. There are helpful hints from those that don't actually suffer the problem, but these don't work.
Its a strange problem that creeps up. Sync can work Ok for weeks continuously, then just stop giving this error code, which appears nowhere on official lists.
Stranger still, its only mail that won't sync. A calendar and contacts will sync OK.
Various forms of treatment appear to have worked once, but never twice.
Restart the phone. Worked once.
Uninstall and re-install the email account. Works sometimes, not every time.
Factory reset the phone. Worked once for me, not twice.
I'm ready to throw windows out on this and all company phones, and start with something else. I'm disappointed that a windows phone can't talk to a windows operating system reliably.
should add: Iphones and androids don't have any problem connecting to same mail server
