I don't remember my laptop's windows 10 Administrator password so that I can delete some unused programs downloaded & trying to run the Defragmenter of the drives by Analyzing them.Please help me to recover the password so that I can reset a different one which I'll remember as Administrator password for all future needs.

There are Windows Password Reset programs out there. I don't know how well they work, because I've never needed to attempt it. They claim to, but I'm skeptical. They also charge for the program or service.

Just do a search for "Windows 10 Password Reset" and you should locate some help that way.
