How can I stop my PC from continually restarting?

[Windows Central Question]

Please help! my pc keep restarting please help! Read Below

i did something wrong open cmd and just mess thing up then i factory reset my pc then when it's done it says Hi there like where you born, time , language etc. when click next and use express setting then it keep resting my pc i done this 20-25 times but it keep resting.

Please tell me how to get advanced boot system so i can turbo shot or repair it. may work.

Are you trying to access BIOS? It depends on the manufacture of your PC.
You could try to do a clean install by booting into an ISO if you have one on a USB drive somewhere. I did that as a precaution.

Nothing happen when i prees f8 but if i hold shift it says press f2 for bios something and f12 bios something.

F2 should be for advanced BIOS if I remember correctly, and F12 for basic.
