How do I increase memory in Windows explore?

how do I increase memory in windows explorer

I am using Windows 10 and when I am in Windows explorer i get low memory close all programs and restart. when i do this it takes me either back to log in page or back to myu desk top how do I increase the memory so explorer doesnt close

I think that means you simply are attempting to do too many things at once, or your PC needs a RAM upgrade.
