Bluetooth and keyboard issue L640 XL

Guys please someone helps me ...... I have L640 XL working on windows 8.1 and i have and issue that when i open bluetooth i can't use the keyboard ever and it doesn't appear at all even when i repeat tapping on any textarea and yes I made soft and hard reset

Hey bud m using lumia 640 xl and this was noticed by me in first 20 mins , then i checked with all the stores and found this is issue with the software and hope to get fixed in windows 10 , more over lumia camera is also not doing well on this phone.
