Getting windows installed on newly bought wiped computer

I bought a wiped computer and need to now how to get windows installed. When you turn it on it says no operating system found. The sticker on back is tore but product key is visible just not what windows was installed. Is a lenovo ideapad. What windows product do I have to buy to solve this. Hopefully not the over $100 please hel

What is the specific model number? We can infer the proper OS the key is for there. If we can figure that out, the cost will be $0.

If you don't want to have the hassle, you can purchase a Windows 10, 8.x, 7 key for whatever price it is. But I would try figuring out the first thing before plonking down cash.
