Camera not working ever since I upgraded to windows 10. Help?

Windows Central Question

I've tried uninstalling in the device manager, updated everything on my laptop. But still, its says 'Something went wrong. Make sure your camera is connected and not being used by another app.' every time I open it. I don't know what else I'm missing. Help!
