Startup loop after installing treshold 2
I downloaded Win10 treshold 2 using windows update. After install and configuration Windowsi not starting up. It seems to be in a startup loop.
F8 or Shift+F8 do not get me in the advanced startup so I can run a restore to before I updated. I also do not have any recovery CD / USB
How do I restore Windows to a restore point?
I have a Toshiba SatelliteS55 with SSD and no CD-Rom
I really hope there is another way to create a recovery disk (by download or from another windows 10 machine)
