Help me its urgent. How to stop Insider Update?

I and my friend have L730.
We want to get GDR2 update so that we saw some videos and followed all steps. But after following steps my friend got Windows 10 instead of GDR2.
Now I don't want to install windows 10 but update shows in phone update. How to stop this update & notifications? And help me to get actual GDR2 update.

You can't opt out. The only thing you can do is hard reset your device and NOT install the Insider app again.

So you're still on the 8.1 Update 1, but only have Windows 10 pending to install?

I'm sorry to say this, but hard reset is your only solution. Make sure you back up all your data, plug your phone to to charger and do a hard reset. Go to Setting -> About -> Factory reset.
