I changed by email address on my microsoft account

I changed my email address on my microsoft account from an ipad. The next time I tried to use my laptop, it brought up a login page with my old email address so it won't let me log in saying it is an invalid username.

I can't use my laptop at all. Help

Changing the email address associated with your Micorsoft Account takes a bit of doing. The various servers for different services need to "catch up" on the changes.
