Windows 10 update fails to install

[WPCentral Question]

I get the message "update cannot run setup from usb flash drive" tried the registry change but there are multiple entries, so don't know where the 1 and 0 chg should be
this is on a Win 8.1 os Dell 660. Also Downloaded to usb drive and tried to install update from there, same results. Help is appreciated, thks

Sorry, wasn't to plain, I am trying to get Windows 10 update.
