I want to delete outlook account from windows 10 mail before I give PC to someone else

I cannot find way to delete - and cannot give PC to charity organisation while they have access to my emails

Settings > Update and recovery > Recovery > Reset this PC > Remove everything

It completely wipes everything off the computer (except for the OS) so you don't have to worry about what anyone might find on it.
