Can't Find Photo Editing App HELP!

Back when I had my Lumia 1020 there was an app designed by either Nokia or Microsoft that allowed you to edit the little picture video (not sure of the name) that gets created when you take a picture and actually pause the moving image before it finally stops and allows you to take that particular frame and use it as the picture. Does anyone remember what it was called and is it still available to download? Hope I explained it right. Thanks in advance!
