I use Outlook 13 for my email, will I lost that and its contacs?

I love email in Outlook, will I lose my contacs when upgrading to Windows 10?

As long as you're not performing a clean upgrade your contacts should stay intact. If I were you I would backup the contacts (export as .csv) and the .ost/.pst file to another drive or an external drive before the upgrade just in case.
