I downloaded an app by logging into the Microsoft store and now my PC background is the same as my tablet. I know they are sharing info and I don't want them to. Syncing is set to off. I even deleted my Microsoft account (though I guess I still have 60 days to reactivate so it is not really deleted). This was the worst decision to make. I should never have downloaded Windows 10; it is absolutely ridiculous.
