Why am I recieving message that 2 apps are preventing me from shutting down on my Windows 10 P.C.?

When it says that, it shows you what the apps are... this is not uncommon if you have unsaved work and the app prompts to save it.

There should be a "Shutdown anyway" button. A lot of programs will prevent Windows shutting down so that you don't lose any work.

Yep, or are shutting down too slowly so it believes it's waiting on something. Usually Origin and Steam can cause this issue. The shutdown anyways option should show which basically just tells everything to force quit.
