News App is giving me notifications

I have noticed that in the .63 build the news app is giving me notifications in the action center, even though breaking news is not enabled. These are also just standard news articles, not a huge deal but every time I get a notice it is somewhat distracting, thinking it is a mail or a text but it is just news.

Anyone seeing this? I have a Lumia 640
