Why can't my phone connect to my Google Account?

I went through the whole login process, but it says "Attention required" on the accounts page.

When I tap on it, it says that I need to give my phone permissions. I've already done and re-done this several times, but it always gives the same error.

I have allowed it access to my Google account from my computer, and went through the devices and account security process a couple times, but it still refuses to connect.

is your gmail account an ordinary account or special like business account?
