Can Microsoft copy onto an iPad?

is microsoft copies ipad

when we see microsoft surface 1,2,3 not pro. we see a black and silver patch on the top of the back of the tablet in which the camera is placed. it reminds me ipad cellular version with same patch design on the top of the back . yes i know the total design language is very different . but that part is same on both the tablets. hope you people understand what i want to say.

A plastic "window" for the wireless features isn't that unique of a thing.
