Does 'do not disturb' not work on nokia 950?

On iOS and android there is a function to avoid calls and messages typically at night when asleep. But certain numbers are excluded from this and are passed on. Is this not possible on Windows 10 phone (Nokia 950)?

It is , but you need to enable Cortana, of course only if it's available in your country/region. The feature is called "Quiet Hours"
