Can't unlock phone on Windows 10!!!! HELP

Hi,i'm in big problem... I just installed Win 10,and my phone want to enter pin code for sim... It's okay,I entered it... Now i need to unlock lock screen... But i don't have numbers!! Just emergency call,and type your password text... Help me please.

Hi there -

Give a soft reset a shot. In order to do a soft reset, just hold down the power button until the phone vibrates and restarts itself.

Please let me know if that doesn't work or if you have any other questions.

I did soft reset, but nothing has changed... Any other options?

Try starting camera app, by pressing camera button. Once the camera comes up, use back button to exit. This might bring back the keyboard. This method helped me in similar situations on 8.1
