restore sms only after w10m upgrade.

I don't want to do a full restore from the cloud. I only want to recover my texts. There are files on my sd card that in a folder titled SMS Backup. How do I do this? Lumia 640 (att) Build 10586.107

Go to Messaging > Settings: Make sure History & Sync is turned on between devices and select how far back you want. Note it might take a couple tries to get all the texts loaded, it did on my wife's 640. You can also try Contacts + Message Backup by Microsoft in the store.
