Windows Update, Stuck or Just Slow

[Windows Central Question]

Just restarted my laptop to for the windows update (insider build preview) , after around 5 hours it's still stuck on:
"Working on updates
Part 1 of 3: Copying Files
0% complete"

is it normally this slow or is it stuck? think turning off my laptop to update it again later would work?

any suggestions is appreciated

What point in the upgrade is it at, the Windows Update part or the Windows Setup?

i believe it's the windows update part.
additional info, updating to build 14332 if i'm not mistaken
