Windows 10 Upgrade attempt and frequent restarts

Hi, I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 from my windows 7 HP Elitebook 8460p. The upgarde didn't happen but now my laptop keeps restarting again and again without a set time or anything.

you can try doing a backup and then factory reset the laptop to get back to a stable windows 7.
