How to install APK files on Win10 mobile?

I tried to install APK file on my Lumia 640 XL mobile which has OS Build: 10.0.10586.494. But it is throwing "error bootstrapping the device" error. Please help me to solve this.

Installing android APK files was an experimental feature in a much earlier build. The project was shelved.
