Hello. Please my lumia 520 went into flight mode and can't get it back.

The phone just went into flight mode and all effort to get it out failed. I have reset to factory default but the phone is still in flight mode. Can anyone help, please? Thanks

Any defect which a factory reset doesn't resolve is a good candidate for service center repair.
