well ! it has been more than month that i can't windows central ( or any mobile nation's sites without using VPN ) on the borwoser and the app , and it's really annoying since i'm a huge windows fan :/

so what sould i do ? who can i contact ?

If possible can you create a new user log in then say what was the username that you had been using prior to being blocked?
