Windows 10 Anniversary not installing

[Windows Central Question]

Downloaded Anniversary and went though the install. I restarted as instructed. Update came back on, with the choose your keyboard screen. Selected US. Next window gave me the trouble shooting or shut down screen.

Anniversary update did not install.
