Is there a way to remotely install apps for my Windows 10 mobile?

I've been having issues downloading apps from the Store recently with error messages on practically every app I try to download.

I have factory reset my phone and all my apps which were backed up were re-installed fine, but when I try to install any more apps from the store I can't.

I have read that you can remotely install apps from your pc onto your phone? Is this right and if it is, can anyone show me how to do it?
