Outlook app wm10 erased my emails

Since yesterday my outlook app hasn't shows my email account and my emails has disappeared suddenly. I restored my phone to factory settings and the problem continues .

Did you made the account double identity check? Did you set the sync timing settings in My Account?

I checked it and is ok the timing but the problem continues .

update the app in store and check in settings > accounts to see that there aren't any errors with your account
