Hello. I have a Microsoft Lumia 640 XL since March and after a very short time the secondary camera seems to bug me. Every time I am trying to switch between the main one and the secondary it keeps showing me "SOMETHING WENT WRONG". I have even factory reset the phone and nothing good happened. Is there anyone that could help me? Please!

the hardware could be faulty - can you get it replaced? I'm assuming warranty still works
