i accidentally rebooted my laptop durring then update install, which corrupted the file, to fix this i was forced to do a factory reset, this caused me to lose windows 10, which i got for free

I think you need the windows 10 media creation tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10ISO

windows 10 is linked to your account and to the pc that you're using - so you can still get the upgrade
