Recent updates affecting Keyboard/USB?

There were some updates pushed out on the 13th of Sept and I'm noticing that there's a new option to slide down the power down when holding the power button.

Also, the keyboard and USB stop working on occasion. Is this a know issue?

I'm assuming this is for phone? If yes, what model and OS version are you on?
