Bitlocker Blue Screen, why recovery tool failing to fix?

My phone is Lumia Icon, and after some msg from windows insider programme, the phone bricked to this infamous blue screen of bitlocker. I have tried reinstalling the tool many times, every time I get the same error, failling to install the OS.
