Windows Central Question

For the last three weeks, every night at 3:30am my Lumia 950 tries to install updates and then fails, and then gives me a loud notification that breaks through my quiet time. I've tried manually updating, can't finish. I've tried changing the update settings, no luck. Also since this started, the sound goes to zero when I plug in the headphone jack. How can I force the install to finish, and is the headphone jack issue connected?

Since Activity Hours settings in Advanced Update usually means normal daytime working day, all phones spend nights for updating as desktops.
SImply reverse your Activity hours, like you are working on a night turn . So your phone will stop any update activity duing night.

Which update do you mean? I guess last double tap to wake firmware

Yeah change the active hours so your updates during the day....this setting is wishing update setting.

Coming to the update issue.....what error is your phone showing? It will have a number....search that on google and ull know what the problem is. For now check if u have enough space on ur phone and if the network is good though bad doesn't really reset the update unless its off grid for a long time
