Difference between old and new outlook

There's been reports of people receiving the new outlook experience though I'm not sure what that is - I don't use outlook mail so much, especially via the browser

Can anyone post side by side screenshots of a before and after the change? To show what was added, what was removed, what was shifted around etc

Or better still, videos or screen casts of the differences
