Please help me in fixing this problem

My microsoft 640xl is unable to detect network over wifi & when i try mobile data sharing it says mobile sharing is currently unable.. Hard & soft reset doesn't works.

have you tried different wifi networks? Do all of them fail to connect?

Have you also tried creating a new hotspot with new name and password?
