HOW LONG to DOWNLOAD ?????

This isn't my first time trying to install Win 10 since the beginning BUT I have to do it again after a major Win 10 disaster

WHY is it taking so long to Download ?

Several hours later it is only to Progress 29%

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand what you're attempting to do. Are you saying that you had to install W10 again? What media are you using for this procedure?
I suggest that you create a media creation tool You can get it here! If this doesn't work,you may have major problems causing the install to hang or not complete. Are you getting any errors? I would like to know why you thought you needed to reinstall W10! If I were having major problems with W10, I would have chosen a reset.
