why cant i sign in twitter through my laptop

so I have created an account through my mobile but when I sign through my laptop it says 'could not authenticate you ' what should I do

Sounds like you might have some sort of two step verification turned on for your twitter account. Try going to your security settings through the app to see if you have that feature turned on. If so, disable it, sign in on your PC, and then set up your security settings again. You might even try signing in on your phone using Edge, and check your settings that way.
If that's not it, hopefully someone else has another idea.
