nokia 1520: reset the phone, and chose my native language. But when the phone updates its apps, some apps turn english... how Can this be avoided?

Probably occurs when the app does not support your language. It doesn't come for free for an app. If you send a developer a translation then perhaps they will upgrade their app to be in your language.
