How do I get my phone error code 80860006 to stop and get my phone to work?

All my apps say is needs attention, and can't get them to work. My login email address and password don't work, it's a nightmare. .what can I do?

I would suggest you try the following.
•Go to settings > time + date > turn set automatically OFF > set the time, date and time zone manually.
Sync your account (Go to Settings > Email+account > Microsoft account and sync your account)
•Go to settings > storage sense > phone > temporary files > delete > Internet Explorer settings > delete history.
Once this is done, press and hold the down volume button + the power button until the phone vibrates and reboots. (Soft Reset)
Once it reboots, try syncing your account again and then try to update again.
