How do I get RTM version of Windows 10 installed on my Lumia 928?

Just yesterday, I reactivated my unlocked Lumia 928 on the AT&T network. I reset the phone and all updates have come down, but it remains on 8.1.

I'd like to get this phone running on Windows 10, but I prefer to run the more stable RTM build of Windows, and not the Technical Previews.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

It's best and easiest to keep it where it is. It's likely possible but it'll take a lot of reading, downloading and hassle.
