Techno winpad 10A issues

Hi
I need help with touch screen, sound card and display drivers. After installing windows build update, I lost all above, I be googled and tried all sorts of things on the web to no avail. Techno have no support page for this tablet either. I be the PnP basic monitor that has no pen and touch input. Sound is intel Widi shows speaker is active but playing music and no sound comes out. HID compliant touch screen under human interface is not there and I don't have display adapter in device manager. I have reset and done clean install nothing. So stressed. Anyone who can help.????
