apps are not installing after latest update

have done latest update. so many apps are not installing and showing error codes like 0x80242022. not able to open videos and photos which are receiving in whatsapp. It is showing "media file does not exist".

the above error code indicates that the core inbuilt apps are somehow moved to sdcard and could not be updated and should be moved to phone memory first using storage sense and then updated.

do tell us which update are you mentioning, is it the latest fast ring update or the cumulative update ( public).
