I am unable to find the actual reason of this annoying situation. Please help me to recover all emails of Outlook 2016.

Two months ago, I faced the similar issue on cousin’s PC. At primary level, I attempted to resolve the problem through ScanPST.exe, but nothing changed. Then, I took help of an MVP, and he suggested to me about Stellar Phoenix Outlook PST Repair.
However, I never thought to pay a single dollar, but it worked for me.
