display and touch setting not available after hard reset?

i just hard reset my lumia 620 and few settings went missing, i already check at sysapp pusher and it says not available. im using lumia denim

Go to Windows Store and then to Library, Touch and Display settings should be listed there.

If the solutions do not work as mentioned above, you will want to reset your phone again, but this time, using the lumia/ windows recovery tool, not just hard reset. It will be clean install of the software and you will need good wifi connection. But it works everytime.
