How do I create a keyboard shortcut to connect to wifi

Hello, I would like to create a keyboard shortcut to connect to wifi on windows 10.

I have a modem which turns off wifi after 10 minutes of inactivity. So when I boot up the computer and start the modem it won't connect immediately, despite being set to connect automatically.

So I would like a shortcut which does either of this.
Opens the wifi flyout
or
Connects to specific network
or
Re-scans for networks.

Is it not easier to just use the Available Networks button on Taskbar?

Settings > Personalization > Select which icons appear n the taskbar > Network (select On)
