Why I cant access my Telegram account by any other device?

Hi. I can't access to my Telegram account by any other device. That is when I enter access code to account, telegram application says that the code is wrong! I repeat it again and again, and got the same result was obtained. Also when I use Telegram Desktop to access my account, when I enter the code, the app back to last step and ask me again to enter my phone number. What should I do?
